Will my client know I use VistaPrint?
As a white label printing reseller, the products that you send to your clients will appear as if they have come directly from you. We use blind delivery, which means the products you create are unbranded and delivered in unbranded packaging – with the exception of Promotional Products, clothing and bags (unless otherwise stated)
Will VistaPrint contact my clients?
No. VistaPrint will never contact your clients.

How much will delivery cost for me?
Premium members enjoy low, flat-rate delivery.
Economy: £3.00 (including £0.50 VAT)
Standard: £3.59 (including £0.60 VAT)
Express: £4.20 (including £0.70 VAT)
Rush: £9.59 (including £1.60 VAT)
Premium members also enjoy free economy delivery on orders >£30 and free standard delivery on orders >£50.
Basic members also enjoy direct delivery to clients at no extra cost and can refer to our
standard delivery costs.
Where in Europe can I ship products to as a ProAdvantage Premium member?
As a ProAdvantage Premium member, you’ll receive free economy delivery on orders >£30 and free standard delivery on orders >£50 if shipping to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom. How does the free 30-day Premium trial work?
During your free 30-day Premium trial, you can take advantage of all the benefits the Premium membership offers. If you don’t cancel your membership before the end of the 30 days, the credit or debit card that you used to sign up will be charged N/A, annually. Cancel your membership before the end of the 30 days, and you’ll have paid nothing. To cancel, call 0800 060 8595 or visit the My Account page for a self-cancellation option.

How do I cancel my membership?
Just call 0800 060 8595 (Basic) or 0800 060 8595 (Premium) or visit the My Account page for a self-cancellation option. We welcome any feedback you have about the program.
How do I pay my annual membership fee?
The annual membership fee for ProAdvantage Premium is billed to the payment of choice when joining the programme. For payment, you can use a credit/debit card or PayPal. Additionally, you can update your existing payment method by going to My Account → My Subscriptions → Manage, then clicking "Update" for the Next Payment. Here, you will be able to edit your payment method, choosing a credit/debit card or PayPal for your next payment. You can also update your Billing Address on this page.
What is Depositphotos and how do I get 30% off?
Depositphotos is a stock content marketplace with over 250 million royalty-free image, video, and music files. As a ProAdvantage Premium member, you receive 30% off all Depositphotos subscriptions, excluding Flexible plan. To receive this offer, ensure you are logged-in to your Premium account, click on the Depositphotos module, create an account and your discounted price will be reflected.
What’s included in my Premium benefits?
As a Premium member, your individual customer homepage will display all ProAdvantage products available to you with the discount automatically applied. This discount is either up to 25% off, or the daily sitewide discount, whichever is greater.
We always ensure you benefit from the biggest discount available on the day of your order. For example, if there is a sitewide sale of 50% off, you receive this higher discount, but not a combination of sitewide discount plus the ProAdvantage discount.
Can I combine my ProAdvantage discount (up to 25%) with other VistaPrint offers and promotions?
We can’t add a sitewide sale or product-category discount to your ProAdvantage discount (up to 25%), but we will apply the highest discount available on the day of your order. Your ProAdvantage discount cannot be combined with other offers or promotions that give you a discount on your total order.
For example, you can’t apply a voucher code that takes an additional 20% off your total order. However, auto-loaded discount vouchers or offers that provide you with a cheaper delivery rate remain active in addition to your ProAdvantage discount.
Are all products available under ProAdvantage?
Currently, you get 20% off products excluding promotional products, clothing, and bags, and 25% off postcards, posters, folded leaflets, cardboard signs, notebooks, wall calendars and business cards.
